This strategy does not require one to limit his or her food intake, although a healthy diet will enhance the benefits of this program. All one must do is take 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before each meal. The vinegar can be mixed in water or taken straight. This way, one will enjoy the benefits of body cleansing without having to limit his or her food intake.

Regardless of the kind of program one participates in, it is important to consume an adequate amount of water. This is particularly true if the person is following one of the more restrictive diets that severely limits the intake of certain foods. Anyone participating in such programs should consume at least 64 ounces of water on a daily basis.

It is also wise to take omega-3 fatty acid supplements when one is participating in one of the aforementioned cleansing routines. The human body requires a supply of healthy, unsaturated fats including those found in omega-3 fatty acid supplements. Such acids help to control and prevent constipation and enhance healthy digestion.

When the best body cleanse diet is chosen, participants can anticipate satisfactory results. However, individuals with underlying physical problems may not be good candidates for programs of this type. Therefore, they should speak to their primary health care practitioner before selecting a cleansing program. Even individuals who are in excellent health should talk to their family physician prior to making any dietary changes.
